Genesis

Established in 2001, nestled along the scenic banks of the majestic River Narmada in the Khandwa District of Madhya Pradesh, Kendriya Vidyalaya, NHDC, Narmada Nagar Project School is a beacon of educational excellence in the Bhopal Region. Marking its milestones, the school proudly witnessed its inaugural batch of students appearing for the AISSE (Class X) examinations in 2003, followed by the AISSCE examinations in 2004, paving the way for a tradition of scholastic achievement. In 2009, adding another accolade to its repertoire, the Vidyalaya earned the esteemed status of being a CBSE examination center, a testament to its commitment to educational standards and integrity. With a dedicated team of 30 educators, Kendriya Vidyalaya caters to the educational needs of approximately 470 students hailing from diverse backgrounds, including NHDC/NHPC/NVDA and various socio-economic strata.
